Welcome to my website! I am a health economist, with a particular interest in the impact of financial and non-financial incentives on behaviour of health care providers as it relates to access, quality, and cost of health care. I also teach a course on personnel economics at the University of Toronto. I am employed with the Ontario Medical Association and affiliated with the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) in Bonn and the Canadian Centre for Health Economics in Toronto.
